Contract/Purchase Agreement

A deposit of $300.00 is required to reserve a puppy.   Deposits are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to the 1st and 2nd picks of each litter for our program.  We do not exercise this right on every litter.  However, if we do, you will be informed before you make a deposit.  Picks happen in the order of deposits taken.

Balance of $ ____is due before puppy leaves and does not include shipping.  Puppies can be picked up or shipped at 8 weeks, unless other arrangements have been made.  We have several shippers that we can recommend and we will assist in setting up transport.  Shipping payment is the responsibility of the buyer (i.e.- collar, crate, etc.)

The seller is selling the above-mentioned male/female, an American Bulldog, out of the above mentioned Sire and Dam to the buyer with an up to date shot record, health certificate from a licensed vet and a one-year of age congenital health guarantee, and registration papers.  The Buyer has 48 hours from receipt of the above-mentioned pup to have it examined by a veterinarian at the buyer’s expense.  Not taking the pup to the veterinarian within 48 hours voids all guarantees and implied warranties.  If a problem is found the buyer will notify the seller and provide documentation of the problem.   If it is found to be a congenital issue the seller will replace the pup with one of equal value after the original pup is returned and a second opinion from a veterinarian is obtained. The seller will pay the shipping on the replacement pup.

The buyer agrees to provide the seller with pictures and weights at 6 months and 12 months.  This is to help us in our future breedings so that we can produce a better American Bulldog.   The seller agrees to provide any advice for care, feeding, grooming and training upon request.

The buyer agrees to provide veterinary care, not providing veterinary care, shots and wormings will void any guarantees.

The buyer agrees that if they are no longer able to keep above-mentioned pup, the buyer will give the seller right of first refusal, price to be determined by age and health and not to exceed original purchase price.  We do not want any dogs we produce to ever end up in a shelter.  We consider them a part of our family and will find a new home for them when needed.

All final payments must be made before pick up. We accept cash, certified check, money order or wire transfer. Please keep in mind that money orders and certified checks may require up to 5 days to clear the bank and the purchase of the pup is not considered final until that time.

We want you to have a great experience when purchasing one of our dogs/pups.  We are here to answer any questions you have and work with you before during and after your purchase.   Feel free to contact us anytime with a question.  We also love to hear how the dogs are doing and the more pictures of them the better.  We don’t stop with the sale.  Our dogs are family and we want them to be a wonderful addition to yours.  We want only the best homes for our dogs, therefore we reserve the right to refuse to sell our dogs to anyone for any reason.  If the pup/dog is used for illegal activity (dog fighting) or otherwise abused or neglected the buyer forfeits all rights to above mentioned pup/dog and agrees to surrender the pup/dog to the seller for rehabilitation and rehoming.
